Vintage fabrics

Isn't this vintage fabric so much fun!
I love the children and their play time fun.

On Scooters, on swings, playing with hoops, fishing, jumping rope....
and so many other fun things in such cute illustrations!
This printed piece and the yellow and teal dotted swiss,
were collected from my grandma's stash when she moved.

I already have some big things planned for this too!
Everyone loves Vintage!

View from a Road Trip

While driving across country to get to a wedding, my four kids were very noisy.So I called out Hey every one look it's the desert.
The car was immediately silent as they looked out.
Then from the back we hear
my 4 year old daughter say in a bright and loud voice....

Chasing Chickens

Love watching our chickens running around our yard.

Bought 3 of these flying mermaid dolls today!
My girls are in play land heaven.
So am I they have no clothes to get lost and they have
modest style tops!

Impromptu Tea Party

Don't you love the herb tea box saying

The magic of Child hood!

Just layer your sandwich with 3 or more slices of bread.
Cut off the crusts and slice into triangles.
Our sandwiches are PB&J and tuna.  With the layers
my kids think these are super special!

Easter Ensembles

Easter Ensembles
Started to make these dresses for the Christmas season.
I finished them in time for Easter instead.

It's crazy how that works out. This time it was great!
The green smocked Dupioni works just as well for the spring.

My little man looked dashing in his new sweater vest that I knitted too!
